The potassium chloride silo is a pre-positioned core storage supporting equipment on the potassium sulfate production line. It is used to temporarily store and buffer powdered potassium chloride raw materials, provide stable feeding for the subsequent reactor, and ensure continuous production operation. It can accurately control the feeding amount of potassium chloride to match the feeding ratio requirement of sulfuric acid. It is usually equipped with auxiliary components such as potassium chloride feeder and vibrating feeding bin to avoid material bridging and blockage, and ensure smooth discharging.

2.Excellent Corrosion Resistance

All parts in direct contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, which can resist the corrosion from salt-based materials such as potassium chloride and is not prone to rust even after long-term use.

3.High Sealing Performance to Prevent Moisture Regain

The fully sealed silo body is equipped with a matching dust removal interface, which reduces the contact between materials and air, prevents potassium chloride from absorbing moisture and caking, and fully meets the process requirements of fertilizer production. 4.Built-in Arch-breaking and Anti-blocking Design It is equipped with an internal arch-breaking structure and an external vibration device, which effectively avoids arching and bridging of fine crystalline potassium chloride materials, ensuring smooth discharging without material jamming.
