The hydrogen chloride(HCl) furnace door belongs to the supporting key accessories of the potassium sulfate reactor (Mannheim furnace).
It is a built-in supporting component of the core reactor for Mannheim-process potassium sulfate production, performing functions of sealing and leakage prevention, maintaining the micro-negative pressure working condition in the furnace, and assisting in operation and maintenance and overhaul. It is a necessary supporting component to ensure the stable recovery of hydrogen chloride gas in the furnace and the normal progress of the reaction.
Seal and prevent leakage: Isolate the high-temperature hydrogen chloride gas inside the furnace from the external environment to avoid the overflow of toxic and harmful gases.
Maintain stable working conditions: Ensure that the micro-negative pressure reaction environment at 520~540℃ inside the furnace is not damaged to support stable reaction.
Assist in operation and maintenance: It can be opened when the furnace is shut down, making it convenient for personnel to enter the furnace to clean scaling and inspect internal components.
